ONGOING SUPPORT FOR TEMPORARY STAFF

We help with the selection of suitable suppliers by rating and comparing your requirements with their offers. We convey your specific processes and any special characteristics to the suppliers and thus, also standardises your processes. The recruitment agencies get frequent updates about the status of the employee selection to ease their workload.
We handle the controlled transfer of information within the project. Thus, people involved in the processes get their relevant information bundled, structured and situational. Furthermore, we are in constant dialogue with you and the suppliers during the choosing process. For individual questions and further inquiries, a designated contact person is available for you, at any time. We pass on all relevant and important information, to make sure that your candidate can begin his day on time and equipped with all the necessary tools.
Usually, external personnel have to be approved internally. We take care of the coordination of data maintenance, cost centre assignments, as well as obtaining the actual approvals and the transfer of information to the departments involved. Documentation, visitor site notifications, briefing applications and everything that makes your day-to-day business easier, is, of course, inclusive.
On their first day, we guide the new temporary workers through the obligatory administrations. On arrival, a contact person welcomes and accompanies the workers to their briefings, shares preliminary information and gives an overview over the project itself. Depending on the individual agreement with you, we drive the workers to their designated site, take care of the coordination of purchasing work clothes, locker allocation and explain the operations set-up. We’ll be pleased to accompany your new worker on his first day to ensure an ideal start. During the time of their employment we are always available for contact for temporary workers.
We are the direct contact for all questions concerning temporary work. We take care of time logging, sick notes, holiday coordination, absences and certificates of any kind. Furthermore, we inform all parties (customer and supplier) about changes of conditions during the project. We also guarantee constant availability during your office hours and, on demand, even longer depending on the project execution.
After the project ends, we assist you with the follow-up work. We inform all recruitment agencies, monitor the orderly return of work utensils and, if desired, take care of things like locker and tool return. A uniform assessment enables us to help you with a potential reselection for further projects. A concluding, standardised documentation is created as a matter of course and is accessible for you, at any time.
We have been working together with various suppliers, for years. Therefore, not only do you profit from our own experience, but also from our vast network which provides you with a wide selection of the best applicants. We take care of the preliminary talks and contractual arrangements and assist with the choosing of potential candidates and recruitment agencies. We advise you in questions of pricing models (e.g. equal pay) and are also available on site. Through us, you can communicate neutrally and transparent with the whole network. That means: More efficiency and less work for you! We optimise your purchases by combining different strategies. This way, you profit from favourable terms through our long-term relationships and cooperation with different companies. The time and effort you have to invest is kept at a minimum, because you always communicate via a contact person. For you, that means: A capacity overrun at the supplier is hardly possible, because there are enough alternatives. Furthermore, you are secured through the network, should a supplier drop out.
Depending on your needs, we take care of various administrative tasks concerning suppliers. For example:
• supplier index entries
• monitoring compliance with your standards
• obtaining and filing employee lease agreements
• regular checks of clearance certificates
• regular examination on actuality of every permit of personnel leasing
• information about applied collective agreements
• assessment and documentation
We support you, as a new personnel service provider, by helping you to be included in the supplier index of our customers and explain specific requirements which our customers consider to be particularly important. As soon as you are incorporated you profit from every new customer order, while we guarantee absolute neutrality without bias or preference for any supplier. Through our web based tenders, requests will be sent out to our partners, and thus gives you the opportunity to put your candidates forward, at the same time as our other partners.
You get access to our time management so that you are always up to date about your appointed temporary employees. We show you individual time models and automated shift plans support you with compliance with the working hours act, and take care of absences like medical leaves or holiday to ensure a complete accounting. At the monthly closing, you get a full report of all verified times especially configured for you for further processing.
For the monthly statements you will receive a summary of the hours worked by all of your appointed employees after the confirmation of the clients, as well as individual cost previews for every client of yours. Of course, you can also rely on us being available for questions about time management during the month.
We take care of the central invoice in form of collective billing. We bundle all performance records of the suppliers and, broken down and clearly arranged, forward them to the client. Which data is paramount and which reports should be made available monthly will be defined with you individually and can, of course, be changed and adjusted at any time.
Due to a debt collection permit, we are allowed to handle the payment transactions on a trust basis. That means that you, as a client, only have to make one payment for all appointed employees. We forward the respective amount to all suppliers and ensure the uphold of the agreed conditions and payment terms.
By employing external personnel, extra workload for different departments arises in addition to the daily business. The administrative burden increases even more, when the employees have to be recruited from different personnel service providers. We take care of all administrative processes and always keep you up-to-date.
Due to the reduction of administrative processes in the individual departments and the standardization of processes in the personnel leasing, your overall costs are being noticeably reduced as well.
All processes are being documented and are available to you, at any time. Through our digital administration program, you can see the status of every new employee in real time. The evaluations can be designed to your specific requirements. The same applies to the bill which is clearly arranged and can be broken down according to your needs.
